I'm a singer/songwriter from Swindon.
When I was 20 years old I started out playing bass in a punk band called Off Ground Tig. After a year or so I started a punk band called Fanny Mallet (yes really). After a year or so that band became Kickout (good name change). While we were together we had the pleasure of sharing the stage with bands such as Capdown, UK Subs, Whitmore, and Long Beach Short Bus (ex Sublime).
Then, in 2004, I joined pop punk band British Beef and moved to London. We had a brief stint with Sony in 2005 and whilst touring we gigged with bands such as Reuban, Baby Shambles, Viking Skull, Jonny Truant, Good Charlotte, Jesse James, and The Mooney Suzuki.
When I left British Beef I began my solo project and had the pleasure of working with producer, Eric Kupper. We recorded a five track EP which is available at my gigs.
I had a two year break from the solo stuff from 2006 to 2008 when I was in my band, Durera. During which time we landed a few dates with I Am Kloot, played a lot of gigs, recorded a few songs and had a bloody good time!
Now back to being a solo artist I've recorded a few demos, which are on this page. I aim to get an album finished in the next couple of months. I've been gigging as much as I can and have been fortunate enough to play with acts such as Mark Morris (ex Bluetones), Frank Turner, Pete Doherty, Newton Faulkner and Nik Kershaw.
