An Inland Empire, Ca native, Carlos Sebastiañ Guerrero Acuña a.k.a dj Los has been following his passion for music and honing his talents for more than seven years.
Los has been involved in the electro-brit-indie club scene located in Los Angeles, Ca since August 2004 when he began his DJ career at a private party in chinatown, Los Angeles, Ca. The success of the event led Los to further explore his passion behind the mixer.
Each performance is unique as Los talent for connecting with the dance floor changes with each venue. He does, however, maintain consistency through his successful objective of delivering a fun, intense, but playful energy throughout each performance
Los co-founded a club together with his partners Alex and Todd, called Ultraluxx in Los Angeles, Ca, in 2004 helping create a venue that had audiences of a mixed array with a chill atmosphere. Club Ultraluxx has had various supporter and performances such a Avenue D , Boygirl side project of the cooler kids, Electrocute , The Lady Tigra and dance trioGun metal gray just to name a few.
Los also co-founded a second club called Club NuPop! Later renamed into The Social in 2005 together with his partner Denise , helping create yet another venue that had a mixed array audience that enjoy dancing the night away. the social is currently on haitus untill further notice
All the while when los is not at his two current residencies you can find him doing guest dj spots at other clubs. Club owners and promoters find it a pleasure to work with him because of his practical down to earth attitude about life and business. He best describes himself, as low maintenance and is genuinely interested in the success of all parties involved during his performances.
While Los has been heard at numerous venues and events, he can be found every 2nd Saturday of the month as one of the two resident DJ's at Club Ultraluxx, a nearby downtown dance club Located @ the Mountian bar in chinatown. Aswell as Indulge every 1st sunday of the month located @ the executive suite in long beach. His popular style of music includes a broad blend of styles, using different songs to create music that keeps you on the dance floor and guessing what he will play next all through the night.
As Los popularity continues to quickly gain momentum, his reputation for consistency and artistry also continues.
Los is also quoted for saying:
"I don't consider myself the best dj out there, at times I dont even consider myself a "dj". I do this for one reason and thats getting a group of people together in one room and having a goodtime".
Los is a dj not to be missed whether you catch him dj-ing at a local club or at one of his often celebrated backyard parties you are guaranteed to have a good time.
