About Me

Traditional Bluegrass is the only way to go. I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to my music. I grew up in the Hills and Hollers of Ozark County in Southwest Missouri. When I was seven, I started playing guitar with my Grandpa, who is an excellent traditional and old time fiddle player in the Ozark region. Since then, I've played in several bands. I recently moved to Morehead, Kentucky to play for Don Rigsby in the Morehead State Bluegrass Band. My music has taken me a long way in life and have introduced me to the experinces, places, and people that shaped me into what I am today. I am continuing to grow in music, in my walk with God, and in all aspects of my blessed life. I'm just a good ole farm boy from small town U.S.A. I love to talk, play music, and talk about playing music, so don't be afraid to give me a holler if you see me at a festival or a show.Check out the other side of my musical career at myspace.com/coldtrailmusic.
