The Writers' Well

About Me

To the general public: If you would like a piece of your writing to be 'published' in our blog, just send a message and we will tell you what to do. Sami (co-president) no longer checks her personal myspace. For best results, direct all correspondence to this profile.
The Writers' Well: an introduction
This club is primarily created for creative writers who want to improve their skill as well as get published. Our two lovely presidents and founders are Samantha Peterson and Lena Kaplun.
The name of our club actually has three meanings:
1.) A well (for water) is a gathering place to communicate. Our club provides a place to discuss our pieces and improve upon them. Constructive critcism helps even very good writing get better. It is also a place to share and show off.
2.) An inkwell. Basically, we provide the tools for becoming a better writer. We share helpful tips on various writing techniques.
3.) The third meaning of well comes from the phrase "I write well". Every member's goal is to become a 'good' writer, that is, to be comfortable with and proud of his/her own writing ability.
