I am on an amazing journey. Very often I feel like the line from Kashmir (Led Zeppelin), "I am a traveler of both time and space." I am starting to see, feel, and understand that there is no "out there". It's all "in here".
Learning to be greatful for everything...even the shit, has been a really power exercise for me. I still have my moments...my days when it I find myself constantly having to drag myself out of the darkness. Good news! It seems to be getting easier over time. Finding the focus that is needed to manifest real change seems to be getting easier as well. THANK THE UNIVERSE for feelings... letting me know when something is off in my thinking. It just takes shinning the light on all those things that I(we) don't want to look at to figure out the course correction.
