About Me

When we are young we drink to get drunk. It is only later in life that we learn to appreciate the individuality of our wine.I think I'll rewrite what's "about me." Regular town, regular family. I like chill vacations, red wine, classic art and music that takes talent. New hip hop may be catchy but "this is why I'm hot" doesn't seem like something born from hard work, natural talent and education. I also like to read although its been a long time since I have found anything that holds my attention for more than 10 minutes. If you pick up something by David Sedaris I like you. Love trashy hollywood gossip and not afraid to admit it. I have a red headed husband who has lots of tattoos, loves saabs, tequila and golf. Interesting combination. I hate boring; even the fast lane is monotonous.Good: nine two nine o seven, Toby, Jasmine, mi familia, August and Everything After, Extraordinary Machine, text messaging compulsively, the 90s alternative station on satellite radio, FISHING, my ipod shuffle, my future house in chelmsford, the city, the lake, our house in FLA, the 4th of July, vera wang, Daiquiri Deck, summer camp, lobsters at Browns, Britney Spears, Sam Summer, vodka, Kate Spade, LIVE MUSIC : ), CHOPS, banana republic, bloomingdales (or any department store, for that matter), brown v. black, eating just about anything, real tans, having parties, watching TV all night, summer nights anywhere with good company, bonfires, debates, politics, lunchtime, US Weekly, 5 star resorts, old pictures and reminiscing, Precious, Deedles, my Bucci, Birdie(s), Erin, my Jinxy, Raytheon and Volvos.....the list goes on, just ask.Not good: personal connections replaced by the internet, high maintenance anything, procrastination, empty handed cook out attendees, show offs, people who are annoying AND smart, crying drunk girls, drugs, drunk driving, steak well done, the generation gap, Mondays, waiting for lunch break at work, 40 something power drinkers, cheap clothes, cheap liquor, mexico, white zinfandel, celery, microwave popcorn, cell phones that never stop ringing, fake friends on myspace, dominos pizza, people who come to smokey bones and can neither read, see nor understand english. No, we don't have rice (were you pretending to read the menu).

My Interests

Stoli Peach, please...with soda, lime optional. Born and raised in Chelmsford, MA (super) and I will probably never leave town. It's not pathetic, just consistent. I have always managed to get myself out of every bad situation I get myself into. I have joined the millions who spend their day working for big brother at a corporate giant. Not sure how to explain what I do but it is nice to like your job. One of my biggest goals is to be successful. I was taught if you don't work hard you just won't achieve much and its really as simple as that. Thats how I live my life. No reason to analyze the why's and how's. Music:

I like pretty much all music. What I'm doing at the moment dictates my choice of tune.

Movies:

My all time favorite movie is American Beauty. Superbad is one of the funniest movies I have seen. Also love The Notebook, How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days, Shawshenk Redemption, The Green Mile, Gone Baby Gone, All the Indiana Jones flicks, and some old school movies I watched as a kid over and over again, on VHS of course. I remember our first VCR was huge and had a million buttons on it. Does anyone remember how slow they were to rewind so you had to get a seperate "rewinder?" "Next" is such a luxury.
