I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Let's see...I am a third generation Californian, so yo soy un poco pocho. I recently got married (again, but this time happily) on March 25, 2006, to the one person I can honestly say is my best friend. As our good friend Elena so elegantly said at our wedding, "I can honestly say I have never met two people who were more meant for each other." I am in the process of finishing my thesis so I can post my master's degree in English Literature (already walked, had the party, now I need to finish writing). Currently I am working as a substitute teacher, but that status will soon change. I'm pretty laid back, I will grant almost any favor you ask. My one downfall is that I sometimes hold people in too high esteem and expect more of them. I need to keep reminding myself that friendship, like love, is unconditional.
