About Me

My name is Laura. I'm a happily married wife to my loving husband lester, a proud mother to my beautiful daughter Kiyone', and a product of my enviroment and the people who surround me. My life is not out of the ordinary but it's not that bad either. I'm glad to be alive and I'm hoping good things for the future. I hope to make an impact in the lives of the people I know, maybe not all of them good but I guess you cant win them all. I would like to think that I'm a fairly srong minded person but that I dont take myself to seriously,In this world you really cant anyways. I live my life as full as I possibly can. I'm not a risk taker,but in my book that's a good thing. Probablly because I've done so much, and been through a lot of hardships I dont feel the need to make any unessesary risk's. In the few short years that I have been on this earth I have learned a few things that I would like to share. One! In your life you'll be blessed if you can have one good friend you can depend on. Luckily I have many good friends who I can trust and can set me straight when need be. Two! be honest to yourself! dont pretend to be something your not, dont try to be someone else, because you can never be them you can only be you, the best you you can be, and Three! Do not let you past dictate your future. I just hate it when I see people use there past as an excuse to live the way they do now. To blame the past on everything bad thats happening to them now. I tell you this! use your past as an excuse to be BETTER!, to be someone other people can look up too, to make others around you happy to know you!, because your past is your past and there's nothing you can do about it but you have a whole future ahead of you!use the future as a stepping stone to greatness.Love Laura..

I think people have the wrong perception of me.

Sometimes I look at my Myspace page and I wonder.........what are people thinking when they look at my profile?. I guess if I were looking at it from the outside I would be thinking......."Damn!...
