About Me
Band Bio? "I am the band". At the age of 8 I started piano lessons. By 16 I was playing "Pathetique", Sonata No.5, Waltzs’, Minuets at local concerts, accompanying opera singers, but that’s not where my passion is, so I quit. I wanted to venture out into this crazy world. I love to perform, to be on stage gives me such a high. I would always sing at school parties, local fairs, parades. Any opportunity that comes my way is a gift from God.I then enrolled in dance and vocal lessons and joined a group called Perfect Image. This was during the freestyle era, and our song "I Was The One", played at a few nightclubs and "wow" Power 96. Unfortunately, that was it!Since performing is my passion... I never say no! I sang the anthem for The Miami Heat! "Go Heat!!!" , done commercials, sang at weddings, peformed with "Will To Power", Impersonations, it all started with Pocahontas, lol... and now many years later, I perform and impersonate, Jlo, Beyonce, even impersonated Tina Turner.I’m currently working on my dream, I’m recording my demo. The piano lessons came in handy. All the songs in my demo are written by "yours truly".I have added a few of my songs to my page. I hope you enjoy them.
Sufre, was written for a lady that was devastated by her cheating man. I felt her pain and gave birth to the song. The other one is about someone that wants you to give 100% but when you ask for their share they can only give 50%. So one get’s tired and "Se Acabo".Remember, we are all here to learn and every experience is a lesson. It’s up to you to acknowledge, learn from it and move on to the next chapter. People come and go in your life for a reason, meaning : Whether the experiences are good or bad, it’s a lesson. Your soul has yearned for it, and in order to grow and make you the person you desire to be, you have to go through it. Sometimes, it takes longer than others and you might experience the same fall over and over again. It’s up to you to learn.Laugh, enjoy Music, Love and Life.Iris
