About Me

About me hmmm..... well there is so much to a person that anything I could tell you on here would be so vague that it would not even scratch the surface of who I am, but I will give it a shot. My favorite color blue. Count Chocula is my favorite cereal (and i still read the back of the box while i eat it, and i hate that they took the prizes out). I hate green peas with a passion (childhood trauma). My mom has one leg and I like Mexican food. I think that pretty much sums me up.....If there is anything I didnt cover here feel free to ask.~"Be who you are, say what you feel", because those who care dont matter and those that matter dont care!~1 Samuel 16:17 Man looks at the outside but God looks at the heart.~The truth is that everyone is going to hurt you, what you have to do is to decide who is worth the pain.....

My Interests

Have so many interests, when its warm out love to do things outdoors. Go out on the boat, go hiking, mountain biking anything outside. Enjoy spending time with friends and then it does'nt matter what we are doing it will always be fun. I enjoy dining out and shopping, riding around looking at houses just for fun or stopping at car lots just to look at the cars. I am pretty happy doing whatever.

I'd like to meet:

i dont know that there is one particular person i want to meet but several random people.... oh and the love of my life and all that jazz......

Music:

Like a variety of music from County to Pop don't really enjoy rap or heavy metal so much but there is some song in every genre that I can get into.

Movies:

My all time favorite movie is "The Color Purple" I swear i can recite the entire 3 hour movie. Not really sure why i like it so much. Others I really like are Titanic, The Notebook, Big Fish (reminds me of my Granfather who passed), Pearl Harbor, Sweet November, Superstar..... I dont usually care for action movies much but give me a drama that will make me cry and I am sold. Love good comedies as well.

Television:

Fox News! You will usually find me watching the History Channel, Discovery, The Learning Channel or something informative like that. I know I am weird. Also enjoy, The Office, Will & Grace, Everbody Loves Raymond, and the Golden Girls thanks to my Nanny.

Books:

Ummm yeah! Any of you who know me are laughing..... i think im going to start reading a book a week though....and any of you who know me are doubled over now :) I think I have adult ADD cause it just dont work out for me..... (update thanks to an amazing new friend I have started my first book in years and years i'll let you know how it turns out)

Heroes:

My Grandfather! He passed away in Dec of 2003 from complications from a hip replacement. My grandfather was a wonderful selfless man. Growing up my father didnt have anything to do with me or my sister and my Grandfather stepped in and assumed the responsibility of a role he should have been done with. He made sure we had what we needed and that we knew we were loved and could do anything we set our minds to. I miss him more than words could describe. There is not a day that goes by that he does not cross my mind and memories of him overwhelm me.
