Carl Kiilsgaard crash car school bus royal palm beach Photo by Palm Beach Post A 6yr old child was flown to St. Mary's Medical Center with severe injuries after the Mercury the child was riding in was in a collision with a school bus, according to sheriff's Sgt. John Churchill. The crash happened on State Road 7 and Business Parkway, just south of Okeechobee Boulevard about 3:15 p.m. A driver 61yr old lucille satkowski and attendant 50yr old lydia aiello were the only people on the bus at the time and they were not injured.
