Neil Evans

I began playing the drums at age 17, i was taught in the beginning by my uncle a great drummer called Jan Evans. Quickly I found myself in at the deep end playing with many good musicians around my area, and experiencing all sorts of different styles, ranging from Jazz through to pop.Amongst other projects, I have been playing regularly over the last 10 years with a group called "The Huckleberries" and have recorded 3 albums which have been very well received by the public, performances have been widely ranged and included, Glastonbury Music festival, Lama Tree music festival, and recently The Royal Albert Hall in london. Also we provided music for and appeared in a TV drama series for BBC1.I am also currently playing with a few other bands these include, Spiral - Jazz Fusion Band, Portrait a new trio with Ismael Sanchez and Myke Relf and Zigaboo Kick, more details on this to follow!!
