Joakim Hemming is a bassplayer who lives in Stockholm, Sweden. Born and raised in Vasa, Finland he then moved to northern Sweden to study music at Musikhögskolan i Piteå. Then he spent a quarter at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, L.A. He now co-ownes a studio in Gamla Stan, Stockholm where they write/mix/arrange/produce music for different projects. During the winter, spring and summer of 2007 he was out touring with Swedish Idol winner (2006) Markus Fagervall ( Echo Heart tour). And he spent the fall of 2007 out on the roads with Magnus Uggla on his "Pärlor åt Svinen" tour. Year 2008 kicked off with a tour with Swedish Idol winner 2007 Marie Picasso. Then a great springtour with E.M.D. Some studiowork for Lena & Orup's upcoming album, which will be released 12th of Nov. He's got some interesting rockprojects this fall as well so keep your eyes open.
