New Attitude is the premier automotive placement program in the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. New Attitude reprisents several of the top automotive dealerships in these areas. Makes anywhere from Chevrolet, Nissan, Ford, Dodge, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Hyundai, Acura, Volkswagon and more. Right now we have over 70 openings in the sales and leasing department (no experience required, but a sales or customer service background is a plus) and a few openings in the fleet and internet division at select locations (some experience is required for these 2 departments). All the positions that we have are full time, the compensation is a guaranteed base plus you have the oportunity to earn commission (some locations offer base+commission, some are on the "draw" structure) you will be offered a full benefits package (including, medical, dental, vision, etc.) and a 401K retirement plan. An average person starting out in these positions are earning between $2,000 and $4,000/mo. (with minimal experience). If you do have a sales or customer service background the average salary is anywhere from $4,000 per month and goes up from there (the sky is the limit for any positions where you have the potential to earn commission).
New Attitude does NOT charge you for anything! We are simply a company who's services are provided for the dealerships and our goal is to fill the empty positions that these dealerships have and help find a positions that suits you so everybody's happy. Not anybody qualifies for these positions. You must be at least 19 years old, have a valid driver's lisence and a pretty clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI's in the past 5 years), no felonies in the past 10 years and you must be motivated and want to make money.
