My Interests

I love working out and playing basketball. I love spending time with my family and playing with my three nieces. Going to the lake in the summer is my only real "get-away". I love going to concerts. I just started doing this about a year or two ago, and now I'm addicted. I work a lot, so I don't have as much free time as I'd like. I like shopping...for me anyways. I know how that sounds, but I can't help it. I love dressing up and love looking good. I want to go sky-diving VERY soon. I have had two motorcycles already, but currently do not have one. I can't wait to get another. Riding my last bike was the most free feeling I've ever had. My friends and my family are extremely important to me. I haven't been to church in a while, but I'm looking to get back. I spend a lot of time just thinking. I probably think too much. I have extremely high expectations of myself, and I hate underacheiving. I am not the type of person who has hundreds of friends (probably cause I'm shy), but I think that makes me appreciate the friends I do have even more. I grew up somewhat spoiled (the baby of 4), but that ended when I hit college and started making some not-so-great decisions. I love my parents more than anyone else in this world. When I let them down, it kills me on the inside. I would do anything for my family and I try to make them proud every day. I have had several types of relationships....good, bad, and ugly! It took me until I was 23 to realize that it's okay to be truly "just friends" with a girl. (Thanks to all my g-friends who helped through the tough stuff). Life is not easy, but it is what you make it. There are millions of things to be thankful for, so I try to focus on those things as opposed to the other. My oldest sister passed when I was 15. That was a major eye-opener that tested my faith. I have learned a lot already in life, and I'm still learning.

I'd like to meet:

Michael Jordan, Eva Mendes, Will Ferrell, Jim Carrey, Kate Beckinsale, President Bush, and Elvis

My dad first and foremost. He has set the best possible example of how a father and husband should conduct himself on a daily basis. Also, my mom. She has ensured that I know what really matters in life.
