Zero's End

About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V3.6 !
Zero's End was founded by Matt Namer after negotiating a truce between God and Satan in 2005. Both sides came together after it was apparent that the human race would soon self-destruct, either by atomic energy first or if not, environmental depletion, or nuclear pandas getting revenge on the human race. Luckily Zero's End exists to save the world from this fate. Zero's End's breakthrough premier live performance was at an Urban Gypsy Circus loft party in Jan. 2006 which brought 400 of Nyc's best, brightest and certainly most interesting together in a night of drunken costume infernal madness. The act opened with Matt Namer getting wheeled onto the stage with a person lying on top of him representing a child in a woom. This person then popped out of the bedsheet and destroyed a map of the world in front of the stunned party goers eyes. It was a perfect example of the evils of reproduction which Matt explained to the crowd. "The relentless birth of new people into this world needs to stop now before we are all destroyed." Free condoms were then thrown to the audience. Zero's End's succeeding shows ranged from venues such as coffee-shops, bars, and underground clubs in New Paltz to other large scale loft parties in NYC in April with 600 people. The Zero's End show is now called "The End of The World Show" which tells the story of the End of The World with actors alongside Zero's End songs. During this performance Matt Namer sings, plays guitar, taps with thumbtacks on the bottom of a boot onto an electric washboard with broken glass on it, and telepathically controls a laptop. On the recordings Matt plays guitar, bass, vox, and synths and Alex Sterling programs the drums (except on The Afterworld.) In just half a year Zero's End and Matt Namer have generated an enormous buzz in the New York underground, being perhaps one of the most unbelievably unique and shocking performances to be springing forth today. Zero's End is currently taking a break from performing to work on their premier album.

New Ending Dream

Me and Alex remixed Ending Dream. The song you can hear now on MySpace is the final version of the song... I think.
