I'm the creative, cowboy type living in the city, but my heart’s in the country. Don’t get me wrong, I live, work, and love the city for its diversity, and everything it has to offer, but it is nice to be able to get away and go jeep driving and camping in the mountains. I don’t mind saying I was raised around guns, so I love to go shooting, but only a range or in the mountains. Paper plates and cans are fair game!I love animals, though at the moment I am between pets, or at least until the next one adopts me. Horses are the absolute best! I’ve never owned one, but I will one day. Of that I am sure. Once, I spent a summer working on a ranch that raised Arabians just for the experience. Hard work, no pay, worth every minute…I have a quiet nature, yet I love to express myself through my art, hobbies and interests, which are very diverse. At heart I’m a steak and potatoes kind of guy, who has acquired a taste for occasional wine and caviar. I am comfortable in many settings, whether it’s dressing up for a night on the town or jeans and ‘down-at-the-heel’ cowboy boots. I don’t need a reason to wear spurs, I just do.I am a relatively reasonable person. I’m not perfect, but at least I know it and don’t try to hide it. I am thoughtful, considerate, easy-going, and respectful, yet opinionated. I can be stubborn, but I remain open to others. I’m more of a “doer†than a “talker.†I spent my youth dreaming up all the things I wanted to do, and am now going through life checking them off as I go. Honesty is definatly the best policy with me. I’m too busy living my life to spend my time on any more childish games and bullshit. I don’t need any ‘new friends’ to go ‘party’ with. (I have plenty of 'old friends' for that.) There are still many things I strive to accomplish other than waste my time on someone who’s not serious, or real. I’m looking for quality not quantity. Imagine friends becoming best friends, becoming more, and then becoming one. A solid foundation is the key to building any relationship so it takes time to open me up. If you do you’ll find that I’m independent but fiercely loyal, kind and generous, self-reliant and humble, loving and devoted to a relationship. I enjoy a quick wit and sarcastic, often cynical sense of humor, and I hope you do too.
