Created from a gamma radiation accident, in an experiment to try and dry cats quicker, Tom (derived from the word atomic) was born into the world, unfortunatley because of the nature of his birth, the current misconceptions of radioactive material and his non human appearance he was shuned from society, forced to live in the sea, he was taken in by lobsters, they taught him everything they understood about the state of the universe and eventually reformed his body to fit that of a human physique. in 1989 and in his new human body, Tom was delivered ashore by the lobsters and asimilated into normal life human life, in order to learn how other sentient races have disected the universe and its secrets. now however, unsure of the lobsters intentions, and unable to understand mans plight for intolerance tom wanders the earth, in the belief he is a super engineered spy for lobsters to destroy mankind who in turn disagree with his right to exist
Tom also decided to stop taking his medication, because they interfered with the transmissions from lobster HQ
