I am 27, a lovely wife, career driven, and christian woman. I have been married for 3 years to the best man on earth Robert III (SupaBrotha). We lost our first on October 19, 2006 due to a failed adoption. The agency mispresented the whole case, kept our money, and 4 months after caring for our child we had to turn him back over to his Birth Mother.We have since went to Lansing to fight for adoption rights, did a story on the news (www.wxyz.com & search for Adoption Investigation), and signed on to be a Rescue Family with Project Cuddle (www.ProjectCuddle.org). Project Cuddle is how we came to meet a wonderful Birth Mother who chose us to adopt her child. We are now caring for Shane (Born: May 18, 2007) and praying that all goes well with this adoption. Also, NO MORE AGENCIES- we are using an adoption attorney.I currently work for the Mid-West Division of a cable company as a Performance Improvement Analyst. I am actively involved in my church Metropolitan Church of God (Detroit, MI), Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT), National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and fighting for Adoptive Parent Laws.WE WILL NEVER FORGET THE PRECIOUS GIFT GOD GAVE US FOR 4 MONTHS WITH OUR SON.
