I first started playing music in highschool in various bands, but when "The Threat,"My self,Matt Collazo,P.J.,Greg Obrien,won a county battle of the bands,thats when I knew I loved to be onstage. So a few years later and a few bands later, I decided that I needed to go somewhere that local music was more socially exepted. Wala,Georgia! After a few years of playing music with Roadhouse,a southern rock cover band, and helping take care of my dying grandfather in Waycross, I then moved to Savannah. In Savannah, where I went to school and played with Thanatopsis Mourning,Later named Sons of Saturn, I realized the music seen was dying. After working at Industrial Theatre doing sound for some big names, and guitar instructing, I kept hereing about Athens. Good Ole Athens, home of R.E.M.,B52s,Wide Spread Panic,to name a few. So I packed up and moved. Enter; The People Across The Street,a funky band where I played drums. We played from the tip of Florida to the tip of Virginia. A few years of touring,in a bus with two dogs and whatever else hopped on,My friend Ian from Sons of Saturn, told me I should move back to Savannah and that he missed playing. So I did. Playing in a couple of the same bars, working back at Industrial Theatre,"Rodys Music",I really missed Athens. So my friends and I, ROSAFELT, moved back to Athens. When we first got here we recorded and played once,but Mark decided to move. So for me, I am here and ready. Staff Of The Pharaoh Is Born!!
