About Me

I'm presently on tour with Girls Night Out comedy with my friends Laurie Elliott and Kristeen Von hagen. We're on the road for about 3 weeks and hope to see you soon!www.girlsnightoutcomedy.ca www.debradg.com

My Interests

I like music. Alot. Um...Sometimes, I read-but nothing good; mainly Oprah books and smut. I enjoy making lists and then re-writing them using several different inks. For some reason, lately-I've been on a "teach the world manners" kick; but all that really means is-sometimes, I yell at people who cut in line. I know, I've turned into one of those women. yikes! Who needs a boyfriend!?!?!? Or a punching bag...either way. I like movies, but I never go to the theatre for some reason. I like to iron (not sure where that comes from) and I like to have coffee. Oh, and saving the world -that also interests me.

I'd like to meet:

is this real or fake people? the fake people (celebrities) I'd like to meet are any number of the following: Jake Gyllenhaal (how do you spell that?), Ryan Reynolds (even though he makes terrible movies, I still love him-that's commitment people!), Ryan Gosling, Matt Mays and Jesus (at age 31)...and of course, I'd like to meet them in a darkened room-and perhaps they're immobile or medicated or something nice like that. OH! and that Tom Welling (Superman) but that's probably not a good idea on any level. Things could get messy (for him!). I wish I could list 'heroes' of mine or people that inspire me...but not so much. Alright, back to ogling boys!

Music:

Dear God, it's all about Midlake for me right now and that Kate Nash is lovely. Plus, the Format are always going to be in my top 10 and !!! is still making me very happy.

Movies:

I think I have bad taste in movies. I am one of those people who always, at the movie store/theatre, says I heard this was good and then we see it and it's awful.

Television:

I do enjoy the TV and can't understand those that don't. No judgement; my brain just doesn't get it. I like anything I can scream at (Top Model, Amazing Race) and How I Met Your Mother is golden fun. It's Always Sunny...is too good to stand and sometimes it hurts me to watch it; I love Charlie.

Books:

I am not even going to pretend that I have a list of authors that I love. I really don't read that much-I used to, but now that I perform, I write more than I read.

Heroes:

Do you remember the Black Canary? I liked her, I think it was because one of her powers was this screaming thing.
