About Me

By the ways of Montreal, Canada, Simon "Strada" Robillard has been making noise on the urban music scene internationally. 2004 was the year that Strada and Wordsmith linked up together and started making soulfull music and exploded everywhere on the internet. This was the foundation of the multi-talented camp called the Nu Revolution. It consists of mc’s, producers, DJ’s, business people and hip-hop minded people that are aiming at the same goal. Make Time-Less music. Music that will stand the test of time and 20 years from now we will still be proud to stand behind our movement.In 2005, he produced and worte the song Te Quiero with Esteban on Gage Pierre's gold selling debut album Soul Rebel on Angel Dust/Wagram Records. Since then he has been keeping busy by producing for artist such as Wordsmith, The BC(Manchester, UK), Esteban, Eff, Militant... In 2006, he produced the smash single Mami Chula for Worsdsmtih featuring Universal Redords own Rob G. 2007 is looking busy also, with work lined up with the whole Nu Revolution Camp (Wordsmith, Sol, BK, Rhymezwell), Esteban and many more. Stay tuned in as you will witness the ascension of Strada to the status of go-to producer in todays urban music industry!
