I'm currently a pediatric resident at the University of Michigan and trying to decide what to specialize in. I live with my wonderful wife of 6 1/2 years, my beautiful daughter Ella, and our 2 dogs.

I enjoy playing guitar and woodworking. I'm also a huge sports fan and enjoy football (Florida Gators & Buffalo Bills) and NASCAR.

I can listen to pretty much anything, except country and rap. Artists I like most are Dave Mathews, Caedmon's Call (old stuff), Bebo Norman, John Mayer, Michelle Branch, Derek Webb, Pearl Jam, Justin McRoberts, etc.

Movies:

My all-time favorite movie is Top Gun, a close second would be Tommy Boy.

Television:

When I get a chance to watch TV, I am usually watching sports, but my wife and I have our favorites that we never miss like 24, ER, Grey's Anatomy, The Office, My Name is Earl...

Books:

The System by Johnson and Broader ... it's like crack to someone who cares about health policy and reforming the American Health system.
