Sum me up in 50 letters? What is this, a Pitch?

About Me

A mid-deacde, married man, who's wife is better educated than he is (which is ok with me, I'm planning on her being the breadwinner and I can stay at home and be a stay at home dad - Bernie Focker is my idol - except for that whole Autism/ card counting thing). I went to a small film school in Santa Fe New Mexico where I learned what going to a big name school can truly provide - Job Placement.I freelanced in Denver as a local Production Coordinator for a while, then had to get a job to pay rent & mortgage. I found a field that was about as close to doing what I wanted to professionally without actually being anything like what I wanted to do professionally - the Audio/ Visual industry. Yes, I have fulfiled my destiny and become an AV geek. The hours don't suck as bad as film crewing, and the steady paycheck has been quite welcome.Personally, my life is grand. I married the girl of my dreams; the girl I told all my friends in college I was going to marry before we even started dating. Apparently she was telling all her friends the same thing. We were married on a gorgeous May evening, moved into a great house in a quiet neighborhood...too quiet, none of our neighbors like to party NEAR as much as we'd hoped.Though our plans for children have been put on hold for a while, we do have two very energetic puppies to keep us occupied, and a cool little parrot that can whistle the entire intro to "New York, New York"...almost. We both have lots of family close by, though my parents recently moved away.We love to travel and are planning some exciting and exotic trips in the coming months & years (Buffalo, NY Here we come!)I was excited when Mr. Bindewald told me to get onto Myspace, I'm looking forward to tracking down some "long losts," and keep close with those that I don't want to fall into that category.

My Interests

Sadly, most of my musical favorites are just that simply because I think they'd make good ringtones on my cellphone. My current default is Cake - Let me go.

Movies:

Yes. I'm all for them. More than music, TV etc.

Television:

The only show I look forward to is the West Wing, or MASH reruns. What can I say? I don't get HBO.

I wish I were one of those guys who read more.
