Sliding Penguins

So much has been said and written about the Sliding penguins. The band built up a strong word-of-mouth following after the release of Black Bear in 2006, which entered the Penguin charts at number 5 and quickly went platinum Penguin. This is America's Premier Rock Music Ensemble but their serious substance abuse and drug addictions contributed to their decline. In 2007 the band resolved old differences and ultimately overcame their addictions. Since then, the Sliding Penguins have remained sober for over 17 days, and have achieved a level of sustained success that has well eclipsed their 2006 heyday.
