13 October 2003Dear Fellow Alumni,Greetings! The Don Bosco Mandaluyong Alumni Association board of directors has decided to celebrate the Grand Alumni Homecoming a week in advance on Saturday, 24 January 2004, instead of the usual last Saturday of January which is the true feast of St. John Bosco on 31 January. The reason behind this is to avoid any conflict in the activities of the school foundation day and the limited parking space within the school campus.Next year’s Grand Alumni Homecoming will be hosted by Silver Jubilarians HS Batch ’79 headed by their president Tony Carreon and ably supported by Mandaluyong Mayor Benhur Abalos. Co- hosts are Coralarians (35 years) HS Batch ’69 headed by president Mon Taborra and Rubilarians (40 years) HS Batch ’64 headed by president yours truly. Also to be recognized are the Silver Jubilarians of College Class ’79.Registration starts at 2:00 p m on 24 January 2004. Registration fee is Pesos: One Hundred Fifty Only (P 150.00). Please register and help the alumni association further its goals of being of service to the alumni and to Don Bosco. Raffle prizes will be given away to lucky alumni. The concelebrated mass is at 5:00 p m to be led by Fr. Provincial, Fr. Francis Gustilo, SDB.Program starts at 7:00 p m until 1:00 a m.This serves as an invitation to all Don Bosco Mandaluyong alumni to go back to school, enjoy and reminisce with old friends and classmates the memorable days in Don Bosco Mandaluyong.Yours in Don Bosco,Joey S. de OcampoExecutive Director, DBMAA
