Well, where to start. I spend a lot of time (when we aren't apart) with my girlfriend Alicia (Ja'dore Alicia xD).
Right now I'm working in Austin doing C# .net stuff. It's not ruby on rails - but I'll live. It's quite interesting nonetheless. I'm also working on .net/rails integration for some aspects (RoR + stored procedures makes me sad :( ).
I write a lot of music. Some day - I may even put some up. I've been in far too many bands and well - I just sort of got tired of the whole scene thing. I guess it just stopped appealing to me when people were more worried about "what type of music" we were rather then what we were writing. I mean - I guess I've done everything from industrial to pop punk to metalcore to uh, prog rock (wtf is prog rock? my bloody valentine wanna-bes?). Yeah. I just record stuff on my pro tools rig for myself and file it away. It's my emotional outlet. I have my logical outlet (coding/science/engineering) and my artistic outlet (music/visual art). It makes me well balanced ..

Alicia and I play WoW (World of Warcraft) competitively - yeah...no comment. www.guildillumination.com is my guild...#13 Kel'thuzad kill...so we're good but yeah. No comment yet again :P. At least Alicia is even more hardcore about it then I am :P.
I write code mostly in c/c++/c# and lua. I embed lua in c/c++ application so that there can be scripted control over various events. If you don't know or don't care what I mean, again I'm sorry. Oh, and don't forget Ruby!

I'm known to write a hell of a lot of assembly code for various parallel floating point processors (think altivec,sse,etc). Katamari Damacy for the win.
Awhile ago I wrote an optimized math library called "Meth" which includes various classes for floating point functions such as "Speed." No, I don't like drugs. I just think it's funny to name them after things.

I write a lot of music. Mostly industrial but I dabble in classical style for video game music. I use pro tools and logic audio on my dual g5 (media creation computer). It is pretty.
I have some pc's that sit around for various things such as a mac mini which is stictly a revision repository for my code (mirrored drives, etc). I use subversion - fuck cvs.
I use a powerbook core duo (gave away my last g4 powerbook to my mom) that I use for portable media creation, sound recording (mbox), and video game dev. I also do all my rails coding on that machine. Otherwise, I use visual sutdio 2005 on my athlon64 dual core for video game dev or emacs in ubuntu linux. Yes, emacs vi. Live with it.

Resident Evil 4 was probably the best game last year, and the best game since Eternal Darkness. I'm getting really fucking tired of the same shitty fps's being put out.
I studied Electrical and Computer engineering at "The" Ohio State University. I have a B.S.E.C.E (bachelors of science in electrical and computer engineering - who'd of thought). I went to grad school for a bit at SMU.
