OH MY!!! why hello! we're the MONSTER GIRLS. and yep u guessed it, we're from the VOLCANOES OF JAPAN! the space gypsy SHIGETOMO takes care of us but now that we're all growns up he said we could go on VACATION... by ourselves! so we're planning a WORLD TOUR, and we wanna meet YOU! so start spreading the word, the MONSTER GIRLS are coming! and we're bringing our PETS!?!

THE SWEET+STICKY
one day, near the foot of the SLEEPING VOLCANO, a MUSHROOM sprouted in front of everyone's favorite CHOCOLATE SHOP, which also happened to be HOME to one of earth's only three CANDY-COATED dinosaur eggs. this was especially curious because until then, mushrooms never grew on SIDEWALKS, let alone near gigantic pits of molten LAVA. noticing how special this was, the part-time SHOPKEEPER / full-time space gypsy SHIGETOMO scooped up the mushroom and ADOPTED it as his own. the mushroom quickly became one of the FAMILY, happily working days with the SHOPBUNNY and spending evenings with the shopkeeper learning the dark yet delectable SECRETS of chocolatiering.
UNTOLD STORY OF
together, they INVENTED some of the most perfect treats this side of the milky way; CARAMEL SNOWMEN, butterscotch bicycles, MARSHMALLOW helmets, even a hot chocolate soup that proved absolutely IDEAL for anyone fighting the common cold! FAME quickly followed... and so did the crowds; LINE-UPS around the block and sometimes even UP the volcano a bit! but the shop was too SMALL. and one day 3 baby elephants shopping for VALENTINES day gifts, knocked over 2 land explorers shopping for GOLDEN NOUGAT, who knocked over the shopbunny balancing on the TROPHY CASE which incidentally held the candy-coated DINOSAUR EGG, which incidentally smashed into a MILLION and one pieces!
noticing how SPECIAL this was, the mushroom scooped up piece #1,000,001 and bit into it. overcome by the HYPNOTIZING taste of strawberry and dark chocolate, the mushroom FAINTED in front of all the shop patrons only to WAKE up 48 hours later... as a GIRL, or more specifically, a MONSTER GIRL! who soon embarked on a MISSION spanning the solar system and beyond the SEA, to discover who her REAL family is; with the HELP of her best friends, the SHOPKEEPER and the shopbunny, and of course... a little bit of CHOCOLATE ;)
