profound leaders who can answer questions about why the urban community is so jacked up. recently one community leader in Los Angeles stated that Stanley "Tookie" Williams *was* the last hope for the urban community. well, I guess they are really beyond help if he *was* their last hope. what happened to self-respect? and it ain't where you live, it's how you live.
but there are 4 (secret and profound) questions I'd like to ask a few of my most admired people:
NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly,
Manhattan DA Robert Morgenthau,
Maya Angelou,
the last remaining survivors of the Tuskegee Airmen, which was comprised of George S. Roberts, Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., Charles H. BeBow, Jr., Mac Ross, and Lemuel R. Custis;
and Ed Bradley & Mike Wallace.
now....how would I make that happen? okay, I guess I'll just go Nike and just do it!
Nov 11, 2006 - I am truly saddened by the loss of Ed Bradley. however, his life was greatly admired. his death was also a reminder that time in this world should be treasured and made the most of.
