I met Barry 3 years ago, on the Susan G. Komen, Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk in San Diego. He has once again taken on a very large commitment and is asking for our help. As many of you have helped me raise my minimums each year over the last 6 years to walk or crew, you know how hard it has been for me to raise enough to walk in one event. Barry Blauer, in the past three years has walked over 2,500 miles in every one of the Breast Cancer 3-Day walks. He is trying to do it again this year, 2009, but greatly needs our help. This year there will be 15 walks – a total of 900 more miles. But to do this Barry has committed to raising $34,500. He knows times are tough right now, but he’s hoping you can donate $20, or more, to help him fight Breast Cancer.
Barry is selling Pink Rosie the Riveter Breast Awareness Pins. They are $5.00 each or email him for quantity prices
