About Us:
It’s A Grind was founded in 1994 by Marty Cox and his wife Louise Montgomery in Long Beach, CA. Today we are the fastest-growing coffee house franchise in the U.S. with 136 stores under development throughout the United States. As a neighborhood coffee house with a blues and jazz motif, It’s A Grind features highest quality fresh roasted specialty whole bean coffees, traditional, espresso and iced blended coffee drinks, tea and tea based drinks, bagels, muffins, scones, and assorted bakery items. It's A Grind roasts its beans in small batches so as to achieve the maximum flavor potential, delivering the freshest roasted coffee within days of roasting, not weeks, months or years, as do some of the other notable
coffee companies. Our unique roasting allows us to provide an Espresso for lattes, cappuccinos, mochas and other drinks that will never lose its outstanding flavor.
