What is a Stinkerbellfairy? Its Me, as Ive been reminded countless times I have created this name and whatever image it creates in your mind just know Iam much more than that. Named after Catherine of Aragon, Im a tall, quirky, funny, loyal, honest, sexy, smart, confident BBW, sweet in a dorky kind of way (although I can be a sarcastic bitch sometimes). If I had to compare myself to a fictional character Id say Im most like the character of Abby on NCIS, with a Tinkerbell attitude. I choose to surround myself with a few close friends versus a ton of people I "just" know and the majority of my friends I have had for a long time, and there are few new ones who we were brought together by fate. I always face life's challenges head on and very rarely do I give up or back down. I am a firm believer in the only thing we own is our Integrity and it is up to us to leave our own footprints on the world by being our "true" selves and the actions we partake in in our day to day lives. Im a realist and not into long distance romances, but I can offer you friendship.Im a true animal lover and do what I can to rescue dogs and find them a good home and have so far relocated 5 of them...2 live with me...lol. I have 1 child who is my world. Native Houstonian, grew up in the Heights, moved to Richmond Va and then to Nashville TN. Megan and I came back to Houston in 2003, when I split from my ex-husband, lived and worked in the NW but now I reside in Kingwood, with my daughter and our dogs. My daughter is a freshman in High School (wow can you guys believe THAT?) and we currently living a vegetarian lifestyle, but you never know I love a good steak once in awhile...lol I love meeting new people, my job which is unusual at best, going to the movies, dinner, playing pool, bowling, walking, going to the beach at night, some camping, NASCAR, shopping, cooking, playing board and video games, traveling,working on and restoring old cars (yeah boys Im a gearhead), catching up with old friends,surfing the net and chatting,or just staying home and having a night in, but all this just a part of who Iam. After 11 years of living life out of a bottle, I am in recovery for alcoholism and just celebrated my second birthday (YAY ME)with ALOT of help from my friends and loved ones.
