About Me

I'm 28 years old.
I have a degree in cultural studies, and am currently studying mental health nursing.
I grew up in a place that i never much cared for, and wished desperately to get away from, and now i'm away, i can say that i don't miss the place, but i do immensely miss the friends that i made there...
What can i say about me?
I love music...it is one of the main sources of passion in my life, and it is the one thing that can change my mood from good to bad in a second.
I love Pearl Jam, they are probably my favourite band still, i've loved them since i was 13, i have the stick man tattooed on my spine(1 of 6 tattoo's)..
I love to laugh, mostly at myself because i'm an idiot, but mainly with other people...
I am not: shy, quiet, stupid, pretty, popular, overly-nice, a yes-girl, artistic(although i wish i was!), unhappy with who i am, able to play my gorgeous guitar (anyone willing to give lessons to an idiot, please let me know...only those with patience need apply!!!!), happy to settle down - i want to travel and meet people and see the world and live a little....

I love Bill Hicks, the man was a genius. No-one else can rival him in stating the truth as it is, not as the media want us to perceive it! Nothing i can say can capture the spirit of the man, possibly my favorite media person (aside from the lovely Eddie Vedder of course)

Spending nights cooking with my friend Roni, who's one in a million...loud, overbearing, in-your-face and over-opinionated...

i'm now on my 7th day of holiday from uni, and i've been fairly bored on the whole...however, time off has given me time to see friends i don't usually get to spend time with and its been really nice....
