I take my days one day at a time.
I count my blessings not my troubles.
Nothing waste more energy than worrying.
I live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
I learned to love myself.
Just for today
I will be unafraid, my thoughts will be on my new associations, people who are not using and have found a new way of life. So long as I follow that way, I have nothing to fear.
I learned to be grateful and not to hold on to resentments.
I have no self-pity, but self-worth.
I learned to let go of old ideas.
I grew and learned to let go of people,places,and things that give negative impacts on my life.
