Too close for missles, I'm switching to guns.

About Me

I'm probably NOT one of the people your parents warned you about, or at least I'm not the sort of person for whom specific warnings are issued. To start with, I'm the sort of person who uses "whom." That, in and of itself, is practically a god damn autobiography.I like words. You can do neat things with them. I like people who use words and use them well. I particularly like people who realize words are to be used in a specific manner and for a specific purpose. The fact that we are promoting the idea that words "you know, like don't really mean anything, much" goes great lengths to illustrate why society is beset upon by illiterate ass-scratchers.Other than that, I like lots of things, but that's below.
I'm also a die-hard libertarian. This word has a very specific meaning. Ask me if you care. I Like to cook. I like Thai food, and Chinese (real Chinese, not the processed toad intestine passed off as Chinese). I'm trying to learn how to cook Indian food. This is hindered by A: the fact that I don't have a clay oven set into the ground, and B: I can't find half the spices I need, (have you ever seen how much saffron costs?!) The good news, is that I've progressed to the point where my food is only moderately inedible.

You scored as Industrialist. Industrial Music grew out of the experimental German "noise" of the late 70's and early 80's with such bands as Throbbing Gristle and Einsturzende Neubauten leading the w...

I done hurt myself.

So, to say last week was horrid would be akin to saying that Africa sucks or that China is crowded - it would convey the meaning without any of the EMOTION of the thing.  Last week sucked in a, w...

So, Bush came to speak at K-State today, which I was fortunate enough to cover (at least an aspect of it) for the paper.  Although not a huge fan, I must say that hearing him speak was neat.&nbs...
