Skyler Annabella is my 5 year old best friend in the world and I have 3 other chitlins keepin' me entertained, including my little man - Mason. I love my family more than anything and dream to someday show the diversity & beauty & reality of the world to my children. Yes, even the bad stuff - better I tell it true than for them to find out the hard way. I am passionate about being a good person and I don't care if that sounds stupid (except for the occasional bout of revenge - I am only human). I work from home so I can be with my offspring, but I miss the powder, I miss sleeping all day, I miss girls night out...Right now I'm taking it easy while Colin does the 9-5, yes after all these years he's actually done with school. I hope to return to school - someday - and finish my BA and be a "real" (PAID) photographer on the side as well. For now I'm just taking it all in and watching my kids grow up, the little "blessings" who make me crazy but make it all worthwhile. Finally got married on 7-7-7, we bought our first house and life is looking dandy!

My Interests

I like to read, I like to watch movies, puddle jumping in the rain with my little girl, making my little boy laugh so hard he can barely stand it, redecorating and cooking and the fun side of all that's domestic. I love taking pictures and looking back at them years later - I probably have documented dirt on all y'all, and some good memories as well. I love dressing up my kids like lil rock stars. I am addicted to Ebay! Give me some good food, some Stoli or Patron , and good beats and I am a happy girl. Seeing my kids with smiles on their faces. Sushi. Cocktails with cigarettes and an interesting conversation. That feeling you get when something you dreamt of really happens (nevermind the countless times it does not). The sound of a snowboard cutting fresh powder and the air so still all around, except for you. Febreeze...spray on freshness lovers, spray on. Thinking about an old friend and then you randomly see them. The feeling of freedom when you have no debt. The rush when you buy something you shouldn't have, probably getting into debt. Controversy when both sides are right. A good argument. People who look you in the eyes and tell it true.......

I'd like to meet:

All of my old friends, although some of you turned out a bit scary, it'd be nice to be one big happy family again. A bit dangerous...but what the hell! Maybe a few new friends - but only if you are brilliant and wildly entertaining.

Music:

AND IT GOES A LITTLE SOMETHIN LIKE THIS...

Movies:

check this one out at freedomtofascism.com...Anything in color...Sixteen Candles is good but hell no to musicals! All time favorites gotta be Donnie Darko, The Usual Suspects, and Boondock Saints.

Television:

House, Nip Tuck, Soprano's, Desperate Housewives, Top Chef...Don't really have time for much.

Books:

Usually fiction, Usually cheesy chic lit (at least I am honest)...But pretty much anything that has my interest sparked within the first few pages.

Heroes:

Single parents....Anybody patient, trustworthy, honest, unselfish, and able to keep it real. I don't actually know many people like this but one can hope! People who focus on giving back , who are happy with the here and now and can let all the BS go. I admire those determined souls who have the balls to make their dreams a reality, as long as it doesn't mean taking advantage of or neglecting the ones you love. And MY MAN for surviving 7 years of school - a crazy eX - 4 kids - and ME!!! PS... thanks for the ring baby! And for giving me two of the greatest gifts I could have ever imagined.
