Sean Nelson & His Mortal Enemies

About Me

Songs written and performed by Sean Nelson and several more-talented collaborators (plus a cover or two). Though originally intended as a weirdo piano pop detour after the break up of Harvey Danger and a stopgap between Long Winters tours, the Mortal Enemies project soon became a sprawling indulgence, with recording sessions spread out over three years, two states, and at least a dozen wholesale abandonments/reignitions. In the meantime, HD reformed and The Long Winters changed line-ups. The wolf, as Don Henley so eloquently reminds us, is always at the door. However, 2006 looks good for SN&ME. It could just be a mood swing, but the record is beginning to feel legitimate again. Stay tuned... if you can stand it.
