About Me

After spending most of my college days traveling about the south-central regions fronting the rock machine that is (was) 12 Pearls, I began playing solo-acoustic shows with Steve Rice (of No Justice fame) and Brad Rice (of Jason Boland and the Stragglers fame). Scattering in shows with anyone and everyone in the burgeoning Stillwater scene, I learned very quickly how to respect both the songs you write, and the people you play them with. Shortly after graduation, I married my beautiful wife Kerensa, and have since grown the Doolen population by the addition of our son Isaac, and now... Elijah.
