About Me

My name is Ted, but many refer to me as The Dude (but just Dude is cool). I'm a musician and a student at UTB. I'm a bass player, but i also play other instruments...drums, keys, guitar..pretty much whatever. I've been playing with Sideshow, a modern rock cover band, for the past year or so, and it's going very well...we just recorded a demo. I also have other projects i'm involved in besides Sideshow, but that's mostly like jazz/funk improv kind of stuff, which is what I really love to play. anyway, if you want to know anything else, just ask me. peace and love, my friends.

I'd like to meet:

anyone who is a real person. anyone in touch with the beauty of this world. anyone who might happen to know the key to happiness.

Music:

I love all kinds of music. Jazz, rock, funk, hip-hop, drum n bass, reggae, blues, classical (Chopin is my homeboy), breakbeat, ambient, 80s, 90s alternative, and all sorts of other stuff. I dig pretty much anything I can groove to.

Movies:

pretty much whatever...but my favorites are probably Burton and Tarantino movies...like the first two Batman movies, True Romance, Reservoir Dogs, Big Fish and other stuff like Desperado, Lords of Dogtown, Sin City, The Professional, Encino Man, the Big Lebowski and many others.

Television:

I don't watch tv much anymore. only every now and then.

Books:

whatever keeps me interested. Particularly science fiction and stuff like that.

Heroes:

flea, les claypool, jaco pastorius, chris wood, layne staley, marc emery, michael savage, oh, and your mom.
