With the present music scene full of synths, screams, breakdowns, and hair raising solos, not much of the 90’s is found other then the return of Nike high tops and Goodwill bought wardrobes. There is something however that has started sparking a flame in the Northern Illinois area and that is a small band from Rockford, Illinois. With the release of their EP a few years back, front man Rob, bassist Tom, and drummer Shawn will be recording their new songs soon and bringing them to a venue near you. The boys are young, energetic, and creative and will play a show and have a blast no matter what it is destined to be. Like the majority, their songs are about love and lost, heartbreak and headache, the complications of growing up, good times and bad, with the maturity of themselves personally and as a band there is no where to go but up from here. the guys love what they do and do what they love, they promise that every show they will have you bouncing up and down, singing along, and most likely laughing and enjoying yourselves. If you are just checking these guys out for the first time, listen once, listen twice and leave a comment to be nice. Never seen Alien Offset before? Come to a show and say hi, prepare yourselves for a great time and a good show put on by some great people and a great sounding band. If you hear them once you are bound to want to listen again.
