About Me

OK a little about me, just a little. Born and raised in a small town in Alabama called Anniston. Its a dying town so I had to get the hell out of there! I graduated from Jacksonville St. in exercise science. I started out in the "real world" as a personal trainer and now I'm a personal training business owner. I have a studio in Franklin, TN and soon will be opening another location. I'm a poker freak! I love to play and have dreams of the WSOP. Too bad I suck at this game! I love to travel. New places are always a blast and I have been all around the world, but I have many many more places to visit. I have to say Hawaii is by far my favorite, but Paris was an experience. I am constantly getting lost in my thoughts. I guess you could call me a dreamer and wow...do I have some big dreams. I have a beautiful little girl who just turned 1 year old! She is my pride and joy. What I wouldn't do for my little girl. My favorite bands are Everclear and Jimmy Buffett and coral reefers! Getting wasted in Margaritaville is on my to do list. I just got approved to open my next Fitness Together! We will be opening in Collierville, TN! So if you live in the Franklin area or Collierville come see us!

My Interests

All sports, the beach, lake, pretty much any kind of body of water, poker, fitness, travel, musicals. Yeah thats right musicals. Continuing on, analytical and psychological things, deep conversation, self improvement books(audio books)test

All types. Like I said, Everclear and Jimmy Buffett are my favorites. Check out Crew. They rock!

Movies:

Shawshank Redeption is my all time favorite. The Big Labowski is a close second. I love that movie. I can't see why so many don't see the humor in it. When I was 10 seven brides for seven brothers was my favorite. Weird huh? I like deep movies that make me think. I am a huge movie credic. I think most movies are not very good. Television:

Entourage, ESPN, All poker shows.

Books:

Audio books! I don't know what the deal is. I just can sit down and read. I've tried, but I never remember what I read. So I have a ton of audio books, mostly on fitness or self-help motivation type books.

Heroes:
