Pat Stash

Pat Stash is from East London. Forest Gate to be exact. He went to Tom Hood School. He linked with his best bredrins ever Jon and Mara (Carbon and Excalibah). They did some tunes and smoked a lot of weed. A LOT. Then he went college. Monoux. Walthamstow. He can't remeber much of that cos he was very lean. LEAN.Then Pat went uni. Sussex uni. It was really really heavy. He got lean. But he got more drunk. Pat Stash liked philosophy and hated capitalism, imperialism, racism ra ra ra. While there Pat met a new bestest bredrin Max. They bought records, made tunes and drunk lots of beer. LOTS.After uni Pat and Max lived with Trev (Safehands) on Coleman Street in Brighton. It was not that good as Pat tried to pay the bills with a bar job. Nope. However they did make 'For The Haters' and 'That's Why' and start a group called Dirty Diggers. And got signed by a very very nice man called Tom Simpson to a label called Zebra Traffic.They did an album for Zebra Traffic. It was called Freakishly Strong. It did OK, but Pat was slightly peeved that everyone only ever went on about 'For the Haters', which Max 'produced'. They did some shows, some good, some bad.Dirty Diggers were quite good at making tunes by this point, but Max had moved back to the wilderness and Pat had moved back in with his Mum and felt shit so he didn't get a job. He just made beats. Some of them were on the second album, THE PLEASURE IS ALL MINE. Pat felt the album was really nang.After this Pat flopped trying to become a teacher. It was weak. REALLY WEAK.Pat is now residing back in Brighton working as an insurance robot and trying to make tunes in the wee small hours after work. But failing.
