I remember from an early age, I have always liked comics and animation books the way they were drawn the images captured my imagination and I have always been fascinated by them. I then started to draw at an early age, I taught myself to draw and found that I could copy pictures then started creating my own idea is which I got older starting drawing people in a animation style which people really liked. I took Art at secondary school but carried on with my own drawing at home, making my own portfolio and collecting animation books that inspired me. I then studied Art and Design at Oldham College, creating all different techniques for 2 years. Then I did Signwriting at Oldham College, I also worked part-time for a couple of Signwriting companies, it was not what I was looking for but enjoyed the 2nd years I studied and passed. I then went to University Centre of Oldham and I am still studying my second years HND Multimedia course. I have up to now enjoyed my time at university, which has opened my eyes to a new exciting field. I have learned so much and made my own animation. I have learned to use the following software’s Toonboom, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrators, Adobe After Effect, Flash MX and 3D Max 8. In addition, I will be going onto Bolton University to study Animation and Illustration. This course is exactly what the kind of work I have wanted to go into which will bring out all the images and feeling I have about drawing and creating animation images and one day I hope to either make my own comic book or work creating picture for other people creation.
