Painting, carving, reading, animals, astronomy, geology, weightlifting, singing, shopping. I bike alot and enjoy the biergartens when weather permits.

It seems like I don't get out to movies too much, but when I do it is for Sci-Fi, fantasy or adventure. Movies about the "human condition", emotionally-charged topics, or tear-jerkers leave me cold.
I don't watch TV anymore--but I do miss it here and there. When I can catch them, I like British comedies like the Office, Black Adder, MP, and Faulty Towers. Historical and science documentaries on Discovery are always good. I am not up on the current shows in the States, however. :-/
I read all the time so it is hard to pick favorites. I've become interested in the life of Abraham Lincoln lately which is funny because I could never stand American history when I was a kid. Science fiction and fantasy, humor, how-to books on various subjects, and biographies on artists, scientists, and politicians are always good.
