CAST:Dylan WalshDylan Walsh portrays "Dr. Sean McNamara," a dedicated, brilliant plastic surgeon and partner in McNamara/Troy.In addition to nip/tuck, Dylan recently appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and began filming Christmas Miracle, a television drama written and directed by Gregory Goodell. It will air this December on Lifetime.Previously, Dylan appeared on screen in the Warner Bros. feature The Lake House opposite Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves and One Part Sugar opposite Danny DeVito. In addition, he starred opposite William H. Macy, Julia Stiles and Joe Mantegna in the independent film Edmond.Prior to nip/tuck, Dylan starred as the antagonist in The Lone Ranger and had a recurring role on Everwood. He was the star of Brooklyn South, and also appeared in the HBO film Final Voyage and the Lifetime movie More Than Meets the Eye: The Joan Brock Story.Dylan's feature film credits include Bloodwork opposite Clint Eastwood, the action-adventure film Congo with Laura Linney, We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson and the critically acclaimed Nobody's Fool with Paul Newman. His work also includes the films Jet Boy, Devil Wore a Skirt for director Fiona Mackenzie and Power Play for director Joseph Zito and the independent film Par 6, directed by Grant Heslov.Born in Los Angeles, Dylan spent the first 10 years of his life in Africa, India and Indonesia as both of his parents were in the Foreign Service. After his 10th birthday, the family settled in Annandale, VA, a suburb of Washington, DC.He made his professional acting debut while still in high school, appearing with prestigious theater companies at the Arena Stage and the Studio Theatre. Although he was an English major at the University of Virginia, Dylan spent most of his time in the theater department. During his summers he performed with the Heritage Repertory Company, appearing in such classics as A Midsummer Night's Dream, Curse of the Starving Class, Romeo and Juliet, Death of a Salesman and Our Town. He made his film debut in John Boorman's Where the Heart Is.Dylan resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children

Julian McMahon ulian McMahon plays "Dr. Christian Troy," the business partner, best friend and confidante of Dr. Sean McNamara.Julian - who was nominated for a 2005 Golden Globe® Award and a 2006 Saturn® Award for Best Actor in a Television Drama for his work on nip/tuck - most recently appeared on the big screen in 20th Century Fox and Marvel Studios' summer sequel hit Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer. Directed by Tim Story and based on the Marvel Comics franchise, Julian reprised the role of "Victor Von Doom," the villain he portrayed in the original film adaptation of the comic book series.Previously, Julian appeared on the big screen opposite Sandra Bullock in Premonition and has completed work on the independent film Prisoner for writer/directors David Alford and Robert Lynne. In this film, Julian stars as "Derek Plato," a Hollywood film director who is taken hostage by a jailer while scouting an abandoned prison for his next movie.Julian made an impression on television audiences via his roles as "Detective John Grant" on the award-winning NBC drama series Profiler and as the tortured demon "Cole Turner" on the popular series Charmed, which aired on The WB.Hailing from Australia, Julian was known to audiences there for his lead role in the primetime drama The Power, The Passion. He then joined the cast of the hit series Home and Away, which has also starred Guy Pearce, Heath Ledger, Martin Henderson and Naomi Watts. In 1992, McMahon broke into American television when he was cast as "Ian Rain" on the daytime drama Another World. He also co-starred in the cable movies In Quiet Night and Another Day, which were executive produced by Francis Ford Coppola and starred Shannon Doherty and Brad Renfro.His other television credits include a guest-starring role on Will & Grace. Additional feature film credits include Meet Market opposite Elizabeth Berkeley and Aisha Tyler, Wet and Wild Summer with Elliot Gould and Chasing Sleep with Jeff Daniels. He has also starred on stage, most notably in the Sydney and Melbourne productions of Love Letters.He currently lives in Los Angeles.

Joely Richardson Joely Richardson plays "Julia McNamara," the ex-wife of Dr. Sean McNamara and the mother of Matt (whose biological father is Dr. Christian Troy), Annie and Conor.nip/tuck marked Joely's U.S. television debut. She received back-to-back Golden-Globe® nominations for Best Actress, Drama Series in 2004 and 2005 for her work on the show, as well as much critical praise for her extraordinary portrayal of an unfulfilled woman caught in deep emotional struggles of loving two men.The daughter of Academy® Award-winning parents Tony Richardson and Vanessa Redgrave, Joely started her career training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. John Hensley John Hensley portrays "Matt McNamara," the biological son of Christian and Julia, who considers both Christian and Sean to be his fathers.Previously a horse-wrangler in Wyoming, John has seamlessly transitioned from performing in the rodeo arena to a career in television and the big screen. In 1999, he made his television debut on Comedy Central's cult hit Strangers With Candy. John then landed the memorable role of "Meadow's" high school boyfriend on HBO's award-winning series The Sopranos. He also played the lead opposite Gabriel Byrne in ABC's highly acclaimed but short-lived series Madigan Men under the direction of Emmy® award-winner Jim Burrows, as well as the role of "Gabriel Bowman" in TNT's series Witchblade. Most recently, John appeared on CBS's award-winning series CSI:Crime Scene Investigation.For the big screen, John has wrapped production on Shutter, a horror film written by Luke Dawson and directed by Masayuki Ochiai, as well as The Crate, a comedy by Sam Burbank. Roma Maffia Roma Maffia plays "Dr. Liz Cruz," the outspoken lesbian anesthesiologist at McNamara/Troy.Roma started her acting career performing off-Broadway, off-off Broadway and in regional productions ranging from Shakespeare to Sam Shephard. At a benefit reading for the New Group in New York, she was asked by casting director Jane Jenkins to audition for a role in director Ron Howard's feature film The Paper, and found a career mentor: "Ron tells people he discovered me, which is absolutely true."When The Paper opened in 1994 in Los Angeles, Roma took her first trip to Hollywood and her career quickly flourished. She soon met television producer David E. Kelly Carlson Kelly Carlson plays former model "Kimber Henry," the current wife of Matt and a previous girlfriend of both Christian and Sean.Kelly, a Minneapolis native, is currently in the process of filming Made of Honor, a comedy starring Patrick Dempsey as a man who falls in love with an engaged woman. Directed by Paul Weiland, the film is scheduled for release in 2008. Earlier this year, Kelly starred on the big screen as "Lucy" alongside Kathleen Robertson and Christopher McDonald in director Michael O'Neill's film Player 5150. Kelsey Lynn Batelaan Kelsey Lynn Batelaan plays "Annie McNamara" Sean and Julia's only daughter and the sister of Matt and Conor.Born on July 3, 1995, Kelsey Lynn lives with her parents Brian and Sharon Batelaan and her two younger sisters, Courtney and Katrina. She began modeling at the age of four and has appeared in many catalogs, brochures, newspaper ads and on-line print ads. She also enjoys runway modeling and has already worked in dozens of runway fashion shows.Kelsey Lynn began her acting career at the age of six when she landed her first television guest-star appearance on Power Rangers - Wild Force in 2002. She has also appeared on ABC's 8 Simple Rules as a young "Bridget Hennessy," in the pilot episode of the FOX sitcom Oliver Beene and in the syndicated show She Spies.Although there are rarely other children on the set of nip/tuck, Kelsey Lynn has really enjoyed working with the cast and crew over the past four seasons and is excited about the new things in store for "Annie" in season five.When not filming, auditioning or in school, Kelsey Lynn enjoys horse-back riding, tennis and softball. Linda Klein Linda Klein, R.N., has been a registered nurse for over 20 years, working in emergency rooms across the country and assisting in the operating rooms. She has lent her talent and expertise to Hollywood, serving as the medical and technical advisor on a long list of feature films and television shows, and has been with nip/tuck since the pilot episode.Linda has worked with a variety of directors including Barry Levinson on the pilot of 3 Lbs; Steven Soderbergh on Ocean's Eleven; Cameron Crowe on Vanilla Sky; Warren Beatty on Bulworth; Oliver Stone on Nixon; Lawrence Kasdan on Grand Canyon and Garry Marshall on Beaches. Linda was the technical advisor for the film Running With Scissors and also appears in the film as a nurse.On the small screen, Linda has been an advisor on such series as 24, Friday Night Lights, Once and Again, JAG, Six Feet Under, The Practice, The X-Files, Chicago Hope, NYPD Blue, L.A. In addition to her advisory role on nip/tuck, Linda is a producer on ABC's Grey's Anatomy.Linda appears on nip/tuck as "Nurse Linda" in most operating room scenes.
