at this point in my life, cooking is what i do. i'm a culinary arts major, minor in business at mcc. i'm a chef at rit inn & conference center. my goal is to be a great professional chef in the next few years, and open my own restaurant. i wanna call the shots, have my own place, make my own dishes, and overall, give people something they haven't seen before.
