About Me

res·pi·ra·tion (n) (res-p&-'rA-sh&n)
derived from the Latin "respire", a word composed of the suffix re- (meaning "return") and the root "spiritus" (which means "spirit") A word used to describe how the spirit of life leaves the body, and then returns, with every cycle of breath.

That is what I'm currently studying. Prana; life force; Mindfulness of the breath.

And the rest of this stuff is just me... live and only somewhat censored.
