Layout Created at ProfileJuice.com Hey world its me Derek Gaines another comedian in the struggle to make it big in mainstream. I started the day after I turned 19 and been at it ever since. Im not a veteran yet but im 22 an ambitious,with just 3 years under my belt. I plan on going much futher and in my travels in being funny i just hope to meet people that can advise me on things that could make me funnier, obstacles that will make my material more clever, experiences that will make people go to work the next day and laugh at it at the water fountain. Hilarity is what im tryin to reach, ladies and gentleman, gutt-bustin, knee slappin, spittin up drinks funny. One step at a time i guess, but for right now Im Lindenwold's only hope, thanking God for the ability to be funny and thanking Him for what will happen if i stay dedicated to the game. Its gonna be rough but I confide in my material and the material to come. So wassup mother@..$%^&* im here to tell u some jokes i hope u like' um but if not oh well maybe another crowd will and if they don't like it ill just write the joke over and deliver it another way. On that note Rich is one of my motivations because listening and learning his style ive come up with the base of my style of comedy which has made me be able to become a regular host at the laff house opening for names such as Teddy Carpenter, J.B. Smoove, Mike Yard, CoCOA brown, i just recently opened for KAt Willams and i am also a regular at Rascals comedy club in south Jersey, i have played the Laff factory and the keswick theater i have a strong 20 minute set to perform any place so come check me out.
