The Dark Half

THE DARK HALF is the project of Paul Catten(otherwise known as The Cat on here),everything recorded in a bedroom in Herefordshire.A mass of synths,piano,samples,religion and warped nightmares,an ambient look inside a fragile mind. The "BEAUTY OF ASPHYXIA" demo CD came out in early 2003,selling plenty and getting plenty of play on (the now defunct)MP3.com.A whole newdemo has been written and is currently waiting vocals to be added,tracks will appear here and on the website as soon as they are finished.THE DARK HALF also remixed a tune for industrial gods LEECHWOMAN last year,and the track Cardinal is available on the Uncertainty Device CD. . This is the 'musical" side of things, and I intend on spending a lot more time with it. However Im busy working out stuff for STUNTCOCK, which is my noise project. In 2007 I intend on hanging up the mic from the bands Im in and just doing DH/STUNTCOCK work as age and a sheer lack of enthusiasm for the "rock" business has taken its toll. Im also looking to do another Dark Half album only this time collaborating with fellow MySpace friends,so if any of you guys are interested drop me a line and we'll get some kind of music going..it could be a challenge,and I know theres a whole bunch of artists on here I would die to work with!Lets get it on!..
