me, i am and will be, for the purposes of this "blog", your humble narrator... i am 37 years of age... i am happily married to the most beautiful misspeller in the world, Samantha, and the father of three wonderful boys, Paul (11) , Tristan (9) and Avery (1 day... yeah, he was born yesterday, May 22nd, 2008). Paul is in the 5th grade and loves video games, going to water parks and is becoming a fantastic artist. Tristan is in 3rd grade and loves video games and just about everything he does... i am an industrial sales rep for a company that makes plastic injection molds and diecast dies (pretty sexy, i know...) i am also in school for advertising design because one day i had the ever elusive epiphany that i wasn't doing what i wanted to do for a living... also, i discovered a wild hair up my a** in the summer of 2004 and that hair told me that i must run a marathon... well, i probably should have just shaved it off, but now i have run Grandma's half-marathon (twice), Twin Cities 10 mile marathon (twice), Victory 10k (twice) and many different 5k races around the Twin Cities... i have achieved my goal of completing a full marathon, last fall, the Twin Cities Marathon... it was brutally hot and i didn't meet my goal time, but i finished... i am going to try again this year... also, some triathlons will be in my future... probably not this year, but next... i have a baby to play with this year... i am still riding though... not swimming enough...i am still an unemployed rock-god superstar as well... but the dream is still alive if only i can talk Billy and Todd to give 'er another go...
